By using our Site or submitting information through our forms, you acknowledge and consent to the involvement of these platforms in the operation of our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking through Divergence Travel. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete bookings on your behalf after obtaining approval from Divergence Travel.
3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined in your booking documents or service agreements. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to facilitate travel arrangements and ensure safety.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Site and services, you agree that you will not: Provide false or misleading information; Infringe upon the rights of others; Attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse our website, systems, or platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable) and ensuring any information you provide is current and accurate.
5. Website Hosting and Data Collection
Our Site and landing pages are hosted and operated using third-party providers, including WordPress, Vercel, and Replit. Vercel provides secure web hosting infrastructure and may collect limited technical information (such as IP addresses and browser types) for performance and security purposes. Replit may be used to run or test web applications and may log limited data for debugging or functionality. Zoho Forms is used to collect form submissions, which are stored securely and may be processed through our CRM systems. While we take care in organising travel and community experiences, Divergence Travel is not liable for: Personal injury, illness, or property damage occurring during a trip or event; Cancellations, delays, or changes outside our control (including those caused by airlines, weather, or third-party providers); Information voluntarily shared between participants at social groups, events, or trips. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
